Member Spotlight: Suzanne Rossi, Studio Owner, Elements Massage Bannockburn

 

Lake/Forest Lake Bluff Chamber:  Tell us a bit about Elements Massage Bannockburn, the services you offer and what makes your studio unique?

SR: Elements Massage in Bannockburn offers a wonderful combination of excellent massage therapists, experienced aestheticians for customized facials, a locally owned, friendly studio space, and a national network whereby one can be a member with us and use their membership sessions elsewhere if they are travelling. We provide this at an exceptional value. The studio is open 7 days a week and parking is easy.

 

LF/LB: What inspired you to pursue a career massage therapy?

SR:  I’ve always had passion for health, wellness, and helping people be their best. When I was looking to open a business, I was inspired by Elements Massage as I came to know how much massage therapy can do for one’s physical and mental health. After many years working in the advertising business, it has been powerful to provide a service that is so very good for people.

 

LF/LB: What is your vision or hope for the future of your studio?

SR:  We plan to continue to have the best massage therapists and aestheticians on the NorthShore and we’ve recently grown our team to meet the high demand for this service in our area.

 

LF/LB:  How does Elements Massage give back to the community?

SR:  As a locally owned and operated business, we stay involved with efforts our members bring to us whether that be donating to a silent auction or doing chair massage at an event, and through our active participation with the LFLB Chamber.

 

LF/LB: Is there anything else you would like to share about your business?

SR:  If you haven’t ever been in, or haven’t been in recently, I encourage you to explore our options. With 14 massage therapists, we can find the right match for your needs. And our facials are superb - they incorporate some massage techniques and we use a wonderful, clean, high quality line of skin care products.
